Post Notes requests access to the following on your device:

• Calendar Data: The app reads your calendar events to identify completed meetings and prompt you to capture notes. Your calendar data is accessed locally on your device and is never transmitted to any external server.
• Notifications: With your permission, the app sends local notifications to remind you to write notes after meetings. These notifications are generated entirely on your device.

Data You Create

Notes, to-do items, and file attachments you create within Post Notes are stored locally on your device. If you choose to enable iCloud syncing, your data will be stored in your personal iCloud account to sync across your Apple devices. This data is managed by Apple's iCloud service and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Collection and Sharing

Post Notes does not:

• Collect, transmit, or store your data on any external servers
• Use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services
• Share, sell, or disclose your data to any third parties
• Require you to create an account or provide personal information

Data Storage and Security

All data remains on your device or within your personal iCloud account if you enable syncing. We do not have access to your data at any time. Your data is protected by the security measures built into iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and iCloud.

Your Choices

You are in full control of your data:

• You can revoke calendar access at any time in your device's Settings.
• You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings.
• You can enable or disable iCloud syncing at any time.
• Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.

Children's Privacy

Post Notes is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
