Kettlebell Lab — Privacy Policy

Kettlebell Lab (“the App”) is developed by Anatomical Consulting LLC. This privacy policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.

## Data the App Collects

### Health & Fitness Data The App reads and writes the following HealthKit data with your permission:

• Heart rate — read from Apple Watch during workouts to display live, average, and maximum heart rate
• Workouts — written to Apple Health so your kettlebell sessions appear in your health records

HealthKit data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account (via Apple Health). The App does not send HealthKit data to any external server.

### Workout Data The App stores your workout programs, session history, exercises, and templates using Apple’s SwiftData framework. This data syncs across your devices via your personal iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit service. This data is stored in your private CloudKit database and is not accessible to the developer or any third party.

### Subscription Data If you subscribe to Kettlebell Lab Premium, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. The App verifies your subscription status through Apple’s StoreKit framework. The developer does not receive or store your payment information.

### Notification Preferences If you enable workout reminders, the App stores your preferred days and times locally on your device using UserDefaults. This data is not transmitted anywhere.

### App Preferences Settings such as dark mode, sound preferences, default units, and rest periods are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults.

## Data the App Does NOT Collect

• No personal information (name, email, phone number)
• No location data
• No advertising identifiers
• No analytics or usage tracking
• No data shared with third parties
• No data sold to anyone

## Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external services used are:

• Apple iCloud (CloudKit) — for syncing your workout data across your devices
• Apple HealthKit — for reading heart rate and writing workout records
• Apple StoreKit — for processing Premium subscriptions

All three are provided by Apple and governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy(https://www.apple.com/privacy/).

## Data Retention

All data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. You can delete your data at any time by:

• Deleting individual workouts or programs within the App
• Deleting the App from your device
• Managing your iCloud storage through iOS Settings

## Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The App does not collect personal information from any user.

## Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the changes will be posted here with an updated date.
